5. HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed 3-4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

8. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
At Mimisville, some items may sell out quickly due to high demand or special occasions. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock product. In some cases, orders may be cancelled if we are unable to verify your billing information or shipping address with our payment processor. If this occurs, we recommend placing a new order using an alternative payment method or reviewing your payment details.
